A fourth generation San Antonio native and direct descendant of Davy Crockett, Chris Carter has a passion for the city's rich heritage and an in-depth knowledge of its homes and surrounding land.
Real estate has always been in his blood. His parents Bob and Mary Carter owned a local brokerage firm, Carter Properties, which they sold to Kuper Realty in 1990. Mary has been a top agent since that time and has been listed with the San Antonio Business Journal as one of the top ten agents for the last six years.
Chris Carter joins Kuper Sotheby's Realty after achieving success as a sales professional known for strategic thinking, investment acumen and a calm demeanor while helping companies navigate complex sales transactions.
Chris graduated from the San Antonio Christian School and spent his summers at Camp Stewart where he also served as Camp Director. He attended Texas Tech University and was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He then worked in Central America and in 2012 married another fourth generation San Antonian, Kelly Griesenbeck, in Antigua, Guatemala. In his free time he loves to hunt and fish with his laid-back lab, Willow and his wife's dachshund, Nugget.
